The mission of the Branford Garden Club is to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening, horticulture and design; to encourage and promote civic development and to aid and support conservation efforts.

The Branford Garden Club will have a program on "RAPTOR REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION." Learn about Horizon Wings, raptor rehabilitation and education facility in Ashford, CT.  Their mission is to release birds into the wild to maintain their population and to advance awareness of the environment.  Live, local raptors will be coming to this meeting.

Speaker will be Mary-Beth Kaeser.  Mary-Beth and her husband founded Horizon Wings in 2001.  She has been a wildlife rehabilitator since 1985.  Meeting is open to guests -$10 fee.  Meeting begins at 12 noon at the Branford Community Center, 46 Church Street, Branford. Lite lunch served.
